- All work completed through warranty companies must be addressed through the original parties.
- Individual parts purchased for DIY projects must be inspected at time of purchase. All sales are final.
- Any work performed by Mr. Rays Appliances Repair LLC comes with a 30 Day Guarantee on all services provided (parts warranty not included)
- If the appliance is beyond repair, no refund will be given for the diagnostic work performed
- In the event that a refund is approved, please allow 5 to 7 days to receive the refund back in the original form in which it was received
