No, the service call fee is solely for the diagnosis of your appliance. The customer reserves the rights to refuse the repair service or the appliance may be beyond repair. However, we will always provide you with your diagnosis to allow you to make the best decision.

Mr. Rays Appliances Repair LLC stands by the quality of our work and provide all of our direct customers with a 30 day guarantee. All customers whose services were initiated through third parties (property managers/warranty companies) must abide within their policies.  If it is a new unrelated issue additional diagnosis and or repair fees may incur to the customer.

No, there is a 4 hour window that we provide and ask that you be available for when scheduling your appointments. Someone in the home must be 18 years of age or older. Your technician will call you with their eta when they are in route to your home. 

If there are pets in the home we ask that they are put up for the safety of both our technicians and animals. Please do not allow small children to play in the area where the repair work is being orchestrated. If there are dishes, food, or other items obstructing the appliance that is being worked on, please remove them prior to the arrival of the technician.

We ask that all cleaning and maintenance that you wish to do regarding your appliance be done before or after the technician leaves to allow the technician to complete their tasks in a timely manner. 

Understanding that situations change unexpectedly we do ask that you please give us a courtesy call prior to the technician being dispatched to your location. This allows us to keep our rates affordable and prevents the company from imposing cancellation and or rescheduling fees to our customers.

Each call varies based on the appliance and the brand. High end brands are subject to a surcharge fee. We do charge a diagnostic fee, a repair fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of their parts.
